Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Effortless Nutrition, a brand of Lambda Life Sciences (OPC) Private Limited, we prioritise your satisfaction and well-being. Our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure a seamless experience while maintaining the integrity and safety of our nutraceutical products.

 

1. Order Cancellation

• Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at ThinkNutrition@lambdalifesciences.in before your order has been shipped. We will process your cancellation and initiate a refund within 7 business days upon acknowledgement.

• After Shipment: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our return policy below.

 

2. Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we adhere to strict safety and hygiene standards. Therefore, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, a detailed description, and photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if validated, offer a replacement or refund.

  • Incorrect Products: In the event you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the received item. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent or process a refund.

  • Return Request Review: All return requests will be thoughtfully reviewed, and a decision will be communicated within 7 days of submission. We appreciate your understanding as we ensure each case is handled with fairness and care.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support at ThinkNutrition@lambdalifesciences.in with your order number and issue details.

  2. Await Instructions: Our team will guide you on the return procedure, including any necessary shipping arrangements.

  3. Return Shipment: Ensure the product is securely packaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs will be communicated during the return process.

  4. Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive the returned product, our quality assurance team will inspect it. Upon approval, we will process your refund or replacement within 7 business days. Typically, replacements are delivered within 5 to 7 days, as per our delivery policy.

 

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed and credited to the original payment method used during purchase within 7 to 10 days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Products were returned without prior authorisation.

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Requests made beyond the specified timeframes.

 

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at ThinkNutrition@lambdalifesciences.in.
