Shipping Policy

At Effortless Nutrition, a brand of Lambda Life Sciences (OPC) Private Limited, we are committed to delivering your nutraceutical products promptly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and related information to ensure a transparent and seamless experience.

1. Order Processing

  • Dispatch Time: We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Once shipped, a notification with tracking information will be sent to your registered email.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹500. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied.

  • Express Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Typically, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination.

  • Express Delivery: For express shipping, delivery is usually within 2-3 business days from dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical challenges, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Areas

  • Serviceable Locations: We currently ship to most locations within India.

  • Non-Serviceable Areas: If your delivery address is outside our serviceable areas, we will inform you promptly and process a full refund for your order.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package's journey.

  • Assistance: If you encounter any issues with tracking or have questions about your shipment, please contact our customer support at ThinkNutrition@lambdalifesciences.in.

6. Packaging and Product Safety

  • Secure Packaging: We ensure that all products are securely packaged to maintain their integrity and safety during transit.

  • Tamper-Evident Seals: Our products come with tamper-evident seals. If you receive a package with a broken seal, do not accept it and contact us immediately.

7. Undelivered Packages

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package up to two times. After unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to us. Reshipment will be at the customer's expense.

8. International Shipping

  • Current Policy: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working towards expanding our services and will update our policy accordingly.
